1. General Terms

Welcome to Varbandhan, a premium destination for men’s ethnic wear. By accessing our website, social media, or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.
Varbandhan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.


2. Product-Related Policy

  • All Varbandhan products are originally designed and manufactured by Varbandhan Textile Pvt. Ltd.

  • Product descriptions, designs, and images are displayed with the utmost accuracy; however, minor variations in color, embroidery, and texture may occur due to lighting and photography.

  • Each item is handcrafted, and minor irregularities in embroidery, stitching, or color should not be considered defects but part of the handmade charm.

  • Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing orders, as each product may have unique measurements.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Varbandhan reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

  • Payment options include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking through secure gateways.

  • If the transaction fails but the amount is debited, the refund will be automatically processed by the payment gateway within 10–15 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select products and pin codes, subject to additional verification.


4. Order Policy

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or after COD verification (if applicable).

  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified (product, size, address) after they enter processing.

  • Varbandhan reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors

    • Suspected fraudulent or bulk resale activity

  • Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp if such a cancellation occurs.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines vary between 2–10 working days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Shipping delays caused by logistics, weather, or festivals are beyond Varbandhan’s control.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information; Varbandhan will not be liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • We may offer free shipping during promotional campaigns or on qualifying order values.


6. Return & Exchange Policy

At Varbandhan, we ensure every product meets our high-quality standards. However, we understand that exchanges may be required in certain cases.

Refund & Return

  • We do not offer direct product returns or monetary refunds.

  • Products can only be exchanged for:

    • A different size of the same product, or

    • Another product of the same/higher value (price difference to be paid).

  • In rare cases where a return is accepted:

    • No cash/UPI/bank refund will be issued.

    • A Varbandhan Wallet Credit will be provided, valid for 365 days from issuance.

Return & Pickup

  • Exchange only – no return.

  • No reverse pickup unless an error is made by our side.

  • Customers must self-ship the parcel to:

  • If you request pickup, charges must be paid in advance.

  • When sending the parcel, include:

    • Courier tracking link (email to customerhelp.vbt@gmail.com or Whatsapp to 7383773635)

    • Clear parcel image

    • A note inside the parcel with Name, Order ID, and Required Size/Product

  • Varbandhan is not responsible for lost/damaged parcels during return transit.

Exchange Process

Case 1: Our Error (wrong, missing, or defective product)

  • Must share an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After verification, we’ll arrange pickup and dispatch replacement via express courier.

Case 2: Customer Preference (size or style change)

  • Email within 7 days of delivery with subject “EXCHANGE REQUEST.”

  • Customer ships the product at own cost (or pays for pickup).

  • Exchange initiated after quality inspection.

Inspection

  • Exchange is approved only if:

    • Product is unused and unwashed.

    • Tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

    • Product is not damaged, altered, or worn.

  • Used or tampered items will be rejected and returned at customer’s cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are not accepted.

  • Prepaid order cancellations before dispatch may receive store credit of equivalent value.

  • Varbandhan reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders without prior notice.


8. Refunds / Store Credit Policy

  • Varbandhan does not provide direct refunds.

  • Approved cases will receive a Varbandhan Wallet Credit valid for 365 days.

  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

  • Refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days.


9. Offers, Discounts & Coupons

  • Discounts and coupon codes are valid for limited periods and cannot be combined.

  • Offers cannot be applied retroactively or on cancelled orders.

  • If a discounted product is exchanged, the discount will not be reapplied.

  • Varbandhan reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions anytime.


10. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are expected to:

    • Provide accurate details during checkout.

    • Review all product information and size charts.

    • Retain packaging and invoices for exchange claims.

  • Repeated misuse of discount codes or false return claims may result in account suspension.


11. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, trademarks, product photography, and designs are the intellectual property of Varbandhan Textile Pvt. Ltd.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution will lead to legal action.


12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Indian law.

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts.
