Varbandhan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
2. Product-Related Policy
All Varbandhan products are originally designed and manufactured by Varbandhan Textile Pvt. Ltd.
Product descriptions, designs, and images are displayed with the utmost accuracy; however, minor variations in color, embroidery, and texture may occur due to lighting and photography.
Each item is handcrafted, and minor irregularities in embroidery, stitching, or color should not be considered defects but part of the handmade charm.
Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing orders, as each product may have unique measurements.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Varbandhan reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.
Payment options include Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking through secure gateways.
If the transaction fails but the amount is debited, the refund will be automatically processed by the payment gateway within 10–15 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select products and pin codes, subject to additional verification.
4. Order Policy
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid) or after COD verification (if applicable).
Once placed, orders cannot be modified (product, size, address) after they enter processing.
Varbandhan reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
Stock unavailability
Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
Suspected fraudulent or bulk resale activity
Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp if such a cancellation occurs.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary between 2–10 working days, depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping delays caused by logistics, weather, or festivals are beyond Varbandhan’s control.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information; Varbandhan will not be liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses.
We may offer free shipping during promotional campaigns or on qualifying order values.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
At Varbandhan, we ensure every product meets our high-quality standards. However, we understand that exchanges may be required in certain cases.
Refund & Return
We do not offer direct product returns or monetary refunds.
Products can only be exchanged for:
A different size of the same product, or
Another product of the same/higher value (price difference to be paid).
In rare cases where a return is accepted:
No cash/UPI/bank refund will be issued.
A Varbandhan Wallet Credit will be provided, valid for 365 days from issuance.
Return & Pickup
Exchange only – no return.
No reverse pickup unless an error is made by our side.
