Exchange Process
Case 1 — Our Error (wrong, missing, or defective product)
Share an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange pickup and dispatch a replacement via express courier.
Case 2 — Customer Preference (size or style change)
Email us within 7 days of delivery with subject: "EXCHANGE REQUEST".
The customer ships the product at their cost (or pays for pickup).
Exchange will be initiated after a quality inspection and approval.
Inspection & Rejections
Exchanges are approved only if the product is:
Unused and unwashed;
With tags, labels and original packaging intact;
Not damaged, altered or worn.
Used, washed, or tampered items will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
Refunds / Store Credit
Varbandhan does not provide direct cash refunds in normal cases.
Approved exceptional returns will receive a Varbandhan Wallet Credit valid for 365 days. Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
In exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
